Lessons Learned

Each time we spend a night in the cabin I learn something new. One being you can never have too many blankets, enough batteries and candles (don't forget the matches), food and something to do (either watching a movie or reading). It gets VERY dark inside the cabin once night falls, and having to get up with a sick baby is not any fun in the pitch dark. I ended up sleeping in the living room, but I didn't have a blanket. I had the baby wrapped up, but I was a little chilly. It was supposed to get to 56 last night.

We are staying out there again tonight, and I am taking more blankets, socks, more water, food, and movies.
